Because each item is custom made and often custom fitted, your order is created with care from start to finish — not pulled off a shelf.

✨ Creation Time

Each order is made just for you.

Standard turnaround time is 7–14 business days, depending on the item and current workload.

For custom fit pieces, a little extra time may be needed to ensure everything sits perfectly and functions as it should.

📦 Shipping

All orders are sent via Australia Post, with tracking provided once your order is on its way.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• WA: 2–5 business days
• Interstate: 4–10 business days

Please note these timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on Australia Post.

📍 Local Pickup (Perth)

If you’re located in Perth and surrounding areas, local pickup or delivery may be available.

Just send me a message and we can organise a time that works for you.

🐴 Custom Fit Orders Outside Perth

Not local? No worries at all.

Custom fit items can still be created using my measurement form, so your piece is made specifically for your horse or dog — no matter where you are.

🚚 Once It’s On The Way

Once your order has been handed over to Australia Post, delivery is in their hands.

If anything seems off with your delivery, please reach out — I’ll always do my best to help where I can.
