•Colours shown in photos are a guide only and may vary due to screen display and material availability. •Measurements provided by the customer are used to create custom-fit products.
Harmony B’Tween Earz is not responsible for incorrect sizing due to inaccurate measurements provided.

Harmony B’Tween Earz specialises in custom-made and custom-fit products.
Our process may include:
1. Initial consultation and measurement
2. Creation of your custom item
3. Fitting appointment
4. Adjustments if required
5. Final fitting and delivery
By placing a custom order, you agree to this process.

3. Payment Terms
Payment is completed at the final fitting and delivery stage.
All items remain the property of Harmony B’Tween Earz until full payment has been received.
Items will not be released to the customer until payment is completed.
By proceeding with a custom order, you agree to these payment terms.

4. Production Time
As all items are handmade, production times may vary.
Estimated timeframes will be discussed at the time of ordering.
Delays may occur during busy periods, however every effort will be made to complete orders as soon as possible while maintaining quality.

5. Appointments & Availability
For custom-fit items, appointments may be required.
•Customers must attend scheduled fittings where applicable.
•If you are unable to attend, please provide reasonable notice.
•Harmony B’Tween Earz reserves the right to reschedule appointments if required.

6. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products:
•Change of mind returns are not accepted.
•Custom items cannot be returned or exchanged.
If there is an issue with workmanship or fitting, please contact us so we can assess and resolve the issue.

Customers are responsible for:
